This session will adopt a "speed mentoring" format with Drs Arteel, Bailey, Pritchard and Li, allowing trainees to interactively discuss a wide range of topics related to mentor/mentee relationships (communication), self-motivation, overcoming scientific hurdles/funding issues, funding mechanisms for trainees, work-life balance and mental health.
