Mentorship Component: Panel Discussion on Career Paths
Our three panelists are academically-trained chemical oceanographers who are now in a variety of careers and can offer a variety of perspectives. While there will be several key topics covered (such as choosing a career path, getting a job, success and happiness in a job, and work/life balance), the format of the discussion will be mostly Q&A from the GRS participants.
Discussion Leaders: Claire Till (née Parker) (Humboldt State University, USA) and Hilary Palevsky (Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, USA)
