Conference Description
The Epigenetics GRS provides a unique forum for young doctoral and post-doctoral researchers to present their work, discuss new methods, cutting edge ideas, and pre-published data, as well as to build collaborative relationships with their peers. Experienced mentors and trainee moderators will facilitate active participation in scientific discussion to allow all attendees to be engaged participants rather than spectators.
From controlling transcription and potentiating phenotypic diversity, epigenetics has broad impacts on setting the course of development and cellular responses to environmental cues. This meeting will highlight epigenetic mechanisms of genomic regulation and beyond, examining how they give rise to stable, often heritable, phenotypes in response to the environment and what influence such phenotypic change might have on evolution at the cellular and organismal scale.
Due to limited accommodations at this venue, guest housing is very limited. To request family/guest housing please reach out to your Conference Operations Associate.
