Therapeutic EVs: Harnessing the Biology of EVs for Cell-Free Tissue Regeneration and Cancer Interventions / Next-Gen Therapeutic EVs: Engineered EVs with Enhanced Cargo-Loading and Targeting
Extracellular vesicles have shown an ability to mediate tissue regeneration in a number of injury settings. Conversely, malignant EVs are now implicated in devastating cancer hallmarks such as metastasis. The newest strategies harnessing or targeting EVs for therapeutic interventions will be presented.
