Extracellular vesicles have shown an ability to mediate tissue regeneration in a number of injury settings. Conversely, malignant EVs are now implicated in devastating cancer hallmarks such as metastasis. The newest strategies harnessing or targeting EVs for therapeutic interventions will be presented.
