Interrogating and Connecting Cell-Matrix Interactions Across Length Scales

This GRS complements the following Gordon Research Conference by stimulating discussion amongst graduate students, post-docs and early career researchers on the roles and mechanisms of cell-matrix interactions in a wide range of contexts including development, homeostasis, and disease. The seminar encompasses topics across length scales from the single molecule level to animal models. Keynote speakers will discuss recent advances and key outstanding questions in the field with a focus on mechanotransduction. The seminar will conclude with a panel discussion focusing on career progression, mentorship, and success in academia.
