The Nitric Oxide GRS provides a unique forum for young doctoral and post-doctoral researchers to present their work, discuss new methods, cutting edge ideas, and pre-published data, as well as to build collaborative relationships with their peers. Experienced mentors and trainee moderators will facilitate active participation in scientific discussion to allow all attendees to be engaged participants rather than spectators.
The Nitric Oxide Gordon Research Seminar (GRS) offers a unique and welcoming platform specifically designed for Ph.D. students and early-career researchers, including postdocs and recently appointed faculty. This seminar provides an informal and stimulating atmosphere for young scientists to present and discuss their unpublished research findings with their peers and fosters an environment conducive to collaboration, knowledge exchange, and professional development.
Attendees can look forward to an abstract driven program of oral presentations, interactive poster sessions, and a keynote lecture delivered by a distinguished scientist in the field. Attendees are encouraged to submit abstracts on their unpublished work related to the fundamental chemistry, physiology, and translational applications of nitric oxide and sulfur species. Moreover, the GRS provides a valuable mentorship session aimed at helping participants explore diverse career paths and gain insights from experienced professionals. We encourage young researchers from all backgrounds to use this exciting opportunity to learn, share their expertise, and expand their networks within the scientific community.
In addition to the GRS, we highly recommend that participants consider attending the Nitric Oxide Gordon Research Conference (GRC). By participating in both the GRS and GRC, attendees can deepen their understanding, interact with fellow scholars, and establish connections with leading figures in the field, thus enriching their overall conference experience and professional growth.
