The Future of Organic Geochemistry: Advances in Organic Proxies and Analytical Techniques

The Gordon Research Seminar on Organic Geochemistry is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.

The aim of this meeting is to create an informal and open atmosphere where early career organic geochemists can get together to present and discuss their research. Emphasis will be placed on new developments and applications of organic proxies, analytical techniques, biogeochemical processes and understanding of petroleum systems. This meeting will include a career panel where members of our community, with academic and/or industrial backgrounds, and at different stages in their career, will share their experiences of how they got to where they are today.
