Conference Description
The Tissue Microstructure Imaging GRS provides a unique forum for young doctoral and post-doctoral researchers to present their work, discuss new methods, cutting edge ideas, and pre-published data, as well as to build collaborative relationships with their peers. Experienced mentors and trainee moderators will facilitate active participation in scientific discussion to allow all attendees to be engaged participants rather than spectators.
Acting as a precursor to the Tissue Microstructure Imaging GRC, this interactive GRS gives young researchers the opportunity to become acquainted with cutting-edge developments in tissue microstructure imaging prior to the start of the main conference. Different imaging modalities, along with their strengths, weaknesses and applications in the study of tissue microstructure and architecture will be actively explored. Via a diverse program based on the submitted abstracts, we aim to provide an unparalleled educational and scientific experience that sets young researchers up to further engage during the main GRC and form new interdisciplinary collaborations that will shape the future frontiers of tissue microstructure imaging research.
Deadline extended! The deadline to submit abstracts to be considered for oral presentation has been extended to May 15, 2025.
An outline of the program components for this GRS is displayed below. The seminar chair is currently developing their detailed program schedule, which will include the speakers they select from submitted abstracts, in addition to any additional components outlined below. The detailed program will be available by May 13, 2025. Please check back for updates.
