In vitro-In vivo Pharmacokinetics Across Modalities

The seminar will focus on methods and techniques to improve ADME evaluation and in vitro-in vivo correlation for better pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic predictions leading to more efficient drug development across modalities. The seminar aims to include topics on different modalities including, but not limited to, small molecules (e.g., peptides, protein degraders), oligonucleotides (e.g., siRNA, antisense), and therapeutic proteins (e.g., antibodies, antibody drug conjugates). Attendees are encouraged to submit abstracts and present at the poster sessions. Some of the abstracts will be selected for oral presentations. The GRS will also include a mentorship panel represented by early stage and established career scientists in industry, academia, and government.
